Shipping Terms

The vouchers are delivered via normal mail. The shipping method "postal shipping vouchers" is to be used exclusively for this purpose.

The delivery via insured shipping and with a tracking code takes place within Germany and in the following countries:
DHL Zone 1 EU: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Monaco
DHL Zone 1 non-EU: Liechtenstein, Switzerland
DHL Zone 2 EU: Andora, United Kingdom, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Spain

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of €2.95 for the "Postal Shipping Vouchers".
For the "standard shipping" shipping method, we calculate the shipping costs per total weight from €4.70.

Deliveries abroad:

For the "DHL Zone 1 EU" shipping method, we calculate the shipping costs per total weight from €12.75.
For the "DHL Zone 1 non-EU" shipping method, we calculate the shipping costs per total weight from €14.20.
For the "DHL Zone 2 EU" shipping method, we calculate the shipping costs per total weight from €13.45.

delivery times

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 2-4 working days, for deliveries abroad within 3-5 working days.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
